by commissioning me you agree to the following:

I, THE SELLER...

  1. own all copyrights of commissioned works and reserve the right to use them in any form

  2. have the right to turn down or refund commissions for any reason without explanation

YOU, THE CUSTOMER...

  1. have the right to use commissioned work for personal use only

  2. have the right to edit commissioned work; watermark must be kept in tact

  3. may request small edits to finished artwork; large edits may require an extra fee

  4. must attach credit to any public uses of commissioned work

  1. payment will be upfront via cashapp in usd

  2. turnaround time is ~two (2) weeks; shorter deadlines can be requested but may require an extra fee depending on timing

  3. progress shots are available upon request

  4. you may request a refund if the product has not been completed within 4 weeks

  5. you may not trace or claim works as your own

  6. works can be kept private by request

  7. works cannot be used commercially / to make a profit

  8. works cannot be used in blockchain-related technology

  9. works cannot be used in ai-related technology
